Robbie was born near Ada, Oklahoma to Buster and Catherine Legate as the second of three daughters, including Ollie Ziehl and Jan Johnson. After graduation from Mayfield High School in 1967 and beginning college, she got married and was blessed with her son Paul Morgan in 1969. After living in many places, such as Colorado, Texas, Georgia and Arizona, she returned to Las Cruces in the mid-80's. She was able to resume her studies and earned her degree in Computer Science. She started working at NEA NM in the early 2000's as the secretary for the Las Cruces office. While there she created life-long friendships. She is survived by her son Paul Morgan (Puyallup, WA), two grandsons Scott and Joe Morgan (Albuquerque, NM), her sister Ollie (John) Ziehl (Las Cruces, NM), her niece Araceli Artalejo-Ziehl (Las Cruces, NM) and her great-nephew Trenton Artalejo (Las Cruces, NM). She is preceded in death by her sister Jan, and her parents Buster and Catherine.
