Robert A. Traversy, 60, of Las Cruces died Sunday February 20, 2005. He was born October 19, 1944 in Erie, PA to Alphonse and Neva Ann Traversy. Robert was employed by Honey Well, as a Support Manager, where he worked for over thirty years. He really enjoyed sports, was an avid Steelers Fan, and loved all forms of racing especially Motocross. Robert A. Traversy, 60, of Las Cruces died Sunday February 20, 2005. He was born October 19, 1944 in Erie, PA to Alphonse and Neva Ann Traversy. Robert was employed by Honey Well, as a Support Manager, where he worked for over thirty years. He really enjoyed sports, was an avid Steelers Fan, and loved all forms of racing especially Motocross. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, that will be remembered for all that he has done to help his family and the lessons of life he has taught them. He is survived by his wife of 37 years Christine Traversy; two sons, Mark A. and wife Cecile of El Paso, TX and Steve A. Traversy of Las Cruces, NM; one daughter Monique Wey and husband Clay of Ft. Belvoir, VA. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Michael, Jody, and Mark Jr. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Thursday February 24, 2005 at the Holy Cross Catholic Church. The rite of committal will follow at the St. Francis Columbarium at the Holy Cross Catholic Church. PDF Printable Version
