Stephen J. Rose, 74, of Las Cruces passed away, Sunday, Dec. 24th, 2017 at his home. He was born March 6th,1943, in Massachusetts to Dorothy and Manny Rose. Mr. Rose was a retired warehouse supervisor and a member of Las Cruces First Assembly of God. Stephen J. Rose, 74, of Las Cruces passed away, Sunday, Dec. 24th, 2017 at his home. He was born March 6th,1943, in Massachusetts to Dorothy and Manny Rose. Mr. Rose was a retired warehouse supervisor and a member of Las Cruces First Assembly of God. He is survived by his wife, Rosie Irene Arriola, of Las Cruces; a daughter Lisa Huish, of Corona, California; three stepsons, Kevin Torres, of California, Arturo Arriola of El Paso, Texas, and Tommy Arriola of El Paso, Texas; two stepdaughters; Michele Moore of Oklahoma City, and Rosie of New York; a brother Michael Rose of Monrovia, California; and sister Donna Von der Lieth of San Ramon, California. Other survivors include many step grand-kids and great grand-children, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of over 20 years, Toni Rose, his brother Richard Rose; and his sister Debby Belt. Cremation will take place and a celebration of life service will be held Friday, Jan. 5, 2017, at 11am at Las Cruces First Assembly of God, 5605 Bataan Memorial West, Las Cruces. Entrusted to the care of Getz's Funeral Home, Bowman Ave.
