Stewart Keith Chronic February 4, 1948 to January 3, 2014 Keith Chronic peacefully passed away at Mountain View Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He is preceded in death by his father Zane Chronic. He is survived by his mother Patricia Chronic, children: Kristin (Don Wetzel) and Joshua Chronic (Angela) of Nebraska, David Chronic (Lenuta) of Romania, his sisters: Susan (Phil Smith), Sally Hancock, Sybil West, and Elizabeth (Harry Stone) of Colorado and Sara (John Engel) of New Mexico, 8 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Keith was a survivor of the Forrestal Aircraft Carrier during Vietnam in 1967. He resided in Omaha, Nebraska before moving to Las Cruces, New Mexico in 1999. He enjoyed fishing, camping and being outdoors. He was best known for his quick witty sense of humor, numerous pranks, and always making people laugh. He left an impression with everyone he encountered. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by many friends and family. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated for the Wounded Warrior Project. A Celebration of life will be held Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Getz Funeral Home. PDF Printable Version
