Suzanne M. Barrett, 70 years old of Las Cruces, NM passed away Friday, December 31, 2010 at Mesilla Valley Hospice, La Posada. She was born November 17, 1940 in Rochester, NY to Howard and Margaret Dietrich. Suzanne M. Barrett, 70 years old of Las Cruces, NM passed away Friday, December 31, 2010 at Mesilla Valley Hospice, La Posada. She was born November 17, 1940 in Rochester, NY to Howard and Margaret Dietrich. Suzanne had been a resident of Las Cruces for the last ten years coming from Denver, Co. where she had retired from Gates Rubber Company as an office manager. She was also an active member of the Elks Club Local 1119. She is survived by her mother, Margaret Dietrich of Las Cruces, NM; two sons, Ronald Lord of Buffalo, NY, and Jefferey Lord of Las Cruces, NM and one daughter, Eileen Rizzo of Annapolis, MD, and a stepson Luke Barrett of Tacoma, WA.. She also is survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A celebration of Suzanne's life will be at 6pm on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at the Elks Lodge, 3000 Elks Drive.
