Theresa M. Dominguez, 61, of Las Cruces and formerly of Alamogordo, NM died Friday, Feb. 11, 2005. She was born Jan. 14, 1944 in Lake Andes, S.D. to Oliver and Tillie Spotted Eagle O'Connor where she was a member of the Yankton Sioux Tribe. Theresa M. Dominguez, 61, of Las Cruces and formerly of Alamogordo, NM died Friday, Feb. 11, 2005. She was born Jan. 14, 1944 in Lake Andes, S.D. to Oliver and Tillie Spotted Eagle O'Connor where she was a member of the Yankton Sioux Tribe. Theresa was also a retired L.P.N. who will be deeply missed by all her family and friends who knew and loved her. She is survived by her children Manuel J. Dominguez and companion Jennifer Jones, Michael A. Dominguez, Elena Dominguez all of Las Cruces and Michelle Paz and husband Daniel Jr. of Chandler, AZ; brother Mike O'Connor of Yankton, S.D; sisters Helen and Delphine O'Connor both of Lake Andes, S.D; grandchildren Michael, Amanda, Katarina, Brandon, Melissa, Daniel and Cruz and by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Her parents and a brother Guy O'Connor preceded Theresa in death. Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2005 at Getz Funeral Home Chapel with Fr. Enrique Lopez Escalera of St. Genevieve's Catholic Church officiating. Rite of Committal for Theresa's cremains will be held at a later date in South Dakota. PDF Printable Version
