Thomas Hubbard, loving husband, father, grandfather, and child of God, passed quietly away on January 23rd, 2024, after a long hospital and rehab stay. He came home with hospice and was joyfully cared for by his family.

Thomas Hubbard, loving husband, father, grandfather, and child of God, passed quietly away on January 23rd, 2024, after a long hospital and rehab stay. He came home with hospice and was joyfully cared for by his family.

Thomas was born on November 27th, 1938, in Roswell, New Mexico. He attended schools in Hurley, NM. and Magna, Utah. His college days were spent at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated in 1962, married his wife Ruth Ann several weeks later on June 16th, 1962. He began work with Kennecott Copper in Public Relations and within a year, he began working for the JCPenney Co. in Magna, Utah. He was with Penny’s for 25 years, living in Provo, UT, Laramie, WY, Scottsbluff, NE, Elk Grove Village, IL, Janesville, WI and Franklin, WI. He left Penny’s in 1987 and moved to Las Cruces, NM to begin a new career in Real Estate.

He is survived by his wife Ruth Ann, son Donald (Jennifer), daughters Suzanne (Jason), and Pamela, and six grandchildren; Linnea, Garrison, Jackson, Raven, Xander, and Saharra. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Sierra Health and Hospice in Las Cruces.
