Trinidad Madrid, 85, a resident of Las Cruces, NM entered eternal rest Friday, April 6, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM. She was born May 28, 1932 in El Paso, TX to John and Mary Melon. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Jose Emilio Madrid; one sister, Maryhellen Guevara of Las Cruces, NM; three children: Joe Madrid Jr, Danny Madrid, and Linda Talamantes and husband Richard; 6 grandchildren: Joe Madrid III and wife Lisa, Crystal Meraz, Brandon Talamantes, Evan Talamantes, and Michael Paul Lipowitz and wife Nicole Lipowitz. 2 great-grandchildren: Larissa Madrid and Alexsandra Meraz. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The viewing is open to family and friends at Getz Funeral Home on April 15th, 2018 from 5 PM - 7 PM and the Holy Rosary to follow at 7 PM. Mass at St Genevieve's Catholic Church on April 16th, 2018 from 10-11 AM. Trinidad will be buried at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery after mass. First Visitation
