Uriah Alexander Torres

Uriah Alexander Torres, infant son of Sonya Contreras and Leonardo Torres died Tuesday, May 4, 2010, in Las Cruces, NM. He was born January 13, 2010 in El Paso, TX. There is a special Angel in Heaven that is a part of me, It is not where I wanted him to be, But where God wanted him to be. He was here just a moment like a night time shooting star and though He is in Heaven, He isn't very far. He touched the hearts of many, only like an Angel can do. I would have held him every moment, if the end I only knew. So I send this special message to heaven up above, Please God take care of my Angel and send him all my love. Uriah is survived by his parents, sister Kayla Ann Torres, brother Noah Torres, maternal grandparents Rafel and Judy Contreras, paternal grandparent Marie Norma Torres and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and love him. A visitation will be held from 5-7 P.M. on Monday May 10, 2010 at First Baptist Church in Anthony, NM. A funeral service will be held at 10 A.M. on Tuesday May 11, 2010 at First Baptist Church in Anthony, NM with Pastor Jim Horton officiating. Burial will follow at Anthony Cemetery.
