Valentine P. Florez, 67, of Dona Ana, NM died Friday, Nov. 21, 2008. He was born Feb. 14, 1941 in Dona Ana, NM to Ramon and Ester Florez. He was a veteran of the US Navy where he served his country honorably. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, carpentry, working on cars and was a jack-of-all trades, but his biggest joy was his family. He will be deeply missed by all who and loved him. Valentine is survived by his brothers Arthur Florez, Andy Florez, George Florez and wife Rose and Ray Florez all of Dona Ana, NM. Also surviving him are many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers David and Jerry and by a sister Frances Zuniga. Memorial Services to celebrate his life will be at 3:30 PM on Friday Dec. 5, 2008 at Getz Funeral Home. PDF Printable Version
