William Henry McKibbin was born on February 19, 1946 to Boyd and Marcella (Ryman) McKibbin. He was formerly of Warsaw, IN and currently a resident of Las Cruces, NM where he passed on Monday, October 9, 2023 after a prolonged illness.


William is survived by his wife of 49 years, Linda Lee McKibbin and by his beloved sons, Matthew Graham McKibbin - the son of Bill and Carla Arnold and Willliam Michael McKibbin - the son of Bill and Linda McKibbin. He is also survived by brother, Darwin D. (Josephine) McKibbin and sons, Jason and Daniel McKibbin.


William graduated from Triton Schools in Bourbon, IN before earning a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ball State University. He showcased his passion for creativity and expression while teaching Art Education in Syracuse, IN and later in Las Cruces, NM.


William was employed by Zimmer Orthopaedic Manufacturing for the duration of 20 years. Then he used his knowledge and talent to start a new endeavor, Medical Refurbishing, to which he dedicated 23 years.


William was a man of deep faith and lived his life for family and community. He was gentle, humble, and spoke lovingly, softly and wisely.


William is remembered for the joy and inspiration he brought into the lives of his family and friends. They will forever cherish his memory in their hearts.


Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw and Getz Funeral Home, Las Cruces are entrusted with care of William and the family. Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Saints, 1101 N 175 East in Warsaw, IN on Friday, October 27, 2023. Visitation will start at 10 a.m. and the funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Following the service, there will be a procession to Leesburg Cemetery.
