David V. Maynez

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our brother and uncle, David V. (Unkie) Maynez. He was born on November 8, 1956, the son of Bernice Maynez and Joe R. Maynez. He was a lifelong resident of Las Cruces. He is survived, by his sister Laura Maynez, niece Lisa Maynez and great niece Olivia Porras, all of Las Cruces. David is also survived by aunts Corrine Maynez and Juliet Maynez, also of Las Cruces, as well as several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Bernice and Joe Maynez, paternal grandparents JJ and Angelica Triviz Maynez, maternal grandparents David and Refugia Herrera, uncles Ruben Maynez and Oscar Maynez, and cousins Jackie Maynez Rios and A. Patrick Maynez.
