It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Duane Evans, 90 of Las Cruces, NM. He passed away peacefully at Mesilla Valley Hospice the morning of April 18, 2025. He was a beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather. Duane is survived by his wife of 58 years Amelia Evans, son Charles (wife Amy), daughter Michelle (husband David) and Grandson CJ.
Services will be held at Getz Funeral Home beginning at 9:30 am on Friday May 2nd, 2025, followed by burial service at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff and caregivers at Mesilla Valley Hospice. Their compassion and supportive care during Duane’s time in Hospice will be greatly remembered.
