Our Beloved Mother: Erminda G. Aguilar, 84, of Las Cruces, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday May 18, 2011. She was born Aug. 23, 1926 in Rincon, NM to Federico and Petra Herrera Garcia. She retired from Memorial Medical Center with more than 25 years of faithful service. Erminda enjoyed going to the casinos, having yard sales, creating her own arts and crafts but her passion was for her family. She was a woman of extraordinary strength, loving character and a witty sense of humor
