Estevan L. Torres

Estevan L. Torres, 75 of Rincon, NM died Saturday, February 7, 2009 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born May 18, 1933 in San Marcial, New Mexico to Estevan and Dolores Torres. Estevan served his country honorably in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He returned home and retired after 39 years with the Santa Fe Railroad. He was also a member of the Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Rita; two sons, Toby Torres of Alamogordo, NM and Lorenzo Torres of Frisco, TX. Two daughters, Laurie Sedillos and Kathie Torres both of Las Cruces. Four brothers, Joe Torres and Mike Torres both of Las Cruces; Fermin Torres of Rincon, NM and Gilbert Torres of Radium Springs, NM. Also surviving are two sister in laws, Maria de Jesus Contreras Gutierrez and Juana Contreras Gutierrez; one brother in law, Jos
