Floyd John Strother, 57, of Las Cruces, died Saturday, March 17, 2012. John as he was fondly known was born June 14, 1954 in T or C, NM to Floyd and Wilma Strother. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. John is survived by his loving wife of 39 years Jody Strother of the family home; sons Robert and Michael Strother of Ft. Collins. CO and Ralph Smith of Austin, TX; daughters Jennifer Strother of Las Cruces and Sara Voorhees of Grand Junction, Co; granddaughters Abriel and Trista Strother. John was preceded in death by his father and two brothers. Memorial Services to celebrate his life will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Fairacres Baptist Church with Rev.
