John Anderson

John F. M. Anderson, 74, of Las Cruces, New Mexico died March 1, 2012 at Memorial Medical Center with his family by his side. He was born November 22, 1937, in South Amboy, New Jersey, the son of the late Frances and Alexander Anderson. He had only one sibling, a brother fourteen years older. The 19th of April 1960, he married Laura A. Padilla. After twenty-six years of marriage, she died from a cancerous tumor of the brain. He graduated from Sayreville High School, Sayreville, NJ, in 1955 and attended Rutgers University from 1955 to 1958. He served in the U. S. Air Force as a Guidance System Mechanic in 1959. After his Honorable discharge in 1964 he worked at White Sands Missile Range as an Electronics Technician (GS-07
