Born on April 29, 1961, in McAllister, Oklahoma, to parents PJ Jewell and JoAnn Jewell (Crawley) Kevin lived a life marked by service, dedication, and deep personal faith.

In 1980, Kevin enlisted in the United States Air Force, embarking on a distinguished military career that spanned over two decades.

Specializing in structural maintenance for the renowned Stealth B-2 bomber, he played a vital role in supporting one of the most advanced aircraft in the U.S. arsenal. He loved camping under open skies, playing fetch with his dogs, and tackling DIY home improvement projects with enthusiasm and skill. A passionate sports fan, he rarely missed a game-especially when it came to cheering on his beloved Dallas Cowboys. NASCAR races were another favorite pastime that brought him great enjoyment.
