Lalo Trujillo, 71, longtime resident of Las Cruces and owner of Alex Body Shop died at home on July 30, 2026. He was born in Chihuahua in 1955 to Alejo and Aurora Trujillo. Lalo is survived by a family who loved and cherished him, including his wife Terry Trujillo of Las Cruces. Daughter Jacqueline Trujillo and Corey. Grandchildren Jada Stevens, Ava Stevens and Fabian Perdomo. Great grandchild Aria. Siblings Lorenzo Trujillo, Ruben Trujillo and wife Mary, Rosa Correa and husband Mario, and Delia Costales and husband Rudy. We will miss his kindness, generosity, sense humor and his love of life. To honor Lalo, continue his legacy by offering kindness to others and embracing those you love.

Memorial services will be held at Getz Funeral Home on August 10, 2026 at 10 am followed by a reception at the Elks Lodge at 12:30pm.
