She was welcomed into eternal rest by her parents; her siblings, Cecil and James L. Davis; her beloved husband, Carl Armstrong, whom she married in 1963; and her daughter, Cinda Eagle-Jepson.

Linda is lovingly remembered by her son and daughter-in-law, Charles “Chuck” and Patti Armstrong; her son-in-law, Richard Jepson; and her cherished family: granddaughter Alicia Lamb and her husband Bryan of Virginia and their children, Cody and Kaleb; granddaughter Sharlee Eagle and her husband Daniel Brisco; granddaughter Dessirae Poppenberg and her husband James and their children, Adrianna, Jacob, and Emilia; grandson Tyler Jepson and his partner Alexis Jimenez; and grandson Charles “Charlie” Armstrong and his partner Jennifer Kruger, all of Las Cruces; as well as great-grandchildren, Constance and Ashton Rodgers, who all adored their “Mommo” and treasured her many stories.

Linda will be remembered as a gifted storyteller, a devoted friend, and a compassionate listener who was always willing to offer support to those in need. She found great joy in bringing people together, hosting large Fourth of July block parties and cookouts, festive Halloween gatherings, and warm Easter dinners filled with family traditions. Christmas held a special place in her heart, and she delighted in decorating and creating magical, lasting memories with her loved ones.

She enjoyed shopping at antique stores and estate sales, creating beautiful jewelry, and attending the Deming Rock Show. Linda also loved driving through the mountains, sharing stories about the places she had lived, and spending time on picnics with her family and friends.

Her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love for her family and friends will be deeply missed. Linda leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and treasured stories that will live on for generations.
