Mary Sapien Vásquez, age 94, of Las Cruces, entered eternal rest in the comfort of her home on April 6, 2024. Mary was born in El Paso TX but spent most of her life in Deming NM.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Pete Vásquez as well as her son, Rick. She is survived by her son, Robert, her daughters, Marta, Olga, and Elva, her grandson, Carlos, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Although she endured a lot of pain during her last years, Mary never gave up her faith nor her hope in our lord, Jesus.
A celebration of life will be scheduled in July, 2024.
