Robert Sam McMillan, commonly known as Bob Mac, aged 71, of Las Cruces, NM, passed away on November 28, 2025. Born on June 17, 1954, Bob's early life was rooted in Hamlin, TX, where he graduated from Hamlin High School before attending Texas Tech.
Bob dedicated his career to the oil industry, working in challenging environments such as the North Sea, Gulf of Mexico, and West Texas. He owned and operated M&M Oilfield Services in Hamlin.
Bob is survived by his sons, Robert Matthew McMillan and Bobby Sam McMillan; his brother, Gary W McMillan; his sister, Cynthia McMillan; and grandsons, Brayden, Landon, and Riley McMillan.
Bob was greatly loved and will be remembered by all of us.
