Steven Dahlgren
February 7, 1949 — December 8, 2022
Born February 7, 1949 died December 8, 2022 at the age of 73 in Las Cruces, NM. Born in
Manitowoc, Wisconsin to Paul and Fern Dahlgren. Is survived by his wife of 43 years Jeanie Dahlgren of
Las Cruces, NM. His daughters Jennifer Dahlgren (husband Sky Martinez) of Las Cruces, NM and Liz
Dahlgren (Husband Luke Dahlgren) of Arlington, TX. His grandchildren Cora and Roger Richardson of Las
Cruces, NM. As well as his sister Diane Hahn of Albuquerque, NM and brother Eric Dahlgren of El Paso,
TX.
Steve was a graduate of NMSU class of '75 and a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He worked as an
engineer for over thirty years for G.U.S. Manufacturing, Rockwell International and Boeing. Steve lived a
life full of love and laughter, surrounded by friends and family. A man who showed kindness to all who
crossed his path.
Services will be held at Getz Funeral home located at 1410 E. Bowman Ave., Las Cruces, NM 88001 on
December 16, 2022 at 2:00 PM.
