Timothy Patrick Garcia "Rabbit," 37, passed away March 23, 2015. He was born February 7, 1978. He was a lifetime resident of Las Cruces. Tim loved fishing, hunting and riding his motorcycle. At his time of death Timothy was employed by Las Cruces Landscaping. Timothy is survived by his loving wife Samantha Garcia, grandmother Elva Martinez, mother Yolanda Garcia, father Tommy Flores, stepdad Miguel Salazar, daughters Santana, Patricia, Esperanza, Rae Starr, Zoe Mea, sister Yvette Solis and her husband Jesus Solis, niece Neomi Solis, stepbrothers Tommy Flores Jr. (Laura), Curtis Flores (Nicole), Jason Flores (Monica). He is preceded in death by his grandfather Enrique Garcia, grandmother Viviana Flores, uncles Richard Garcia and Enrique Garcia Jr. Pallbearers will be Frank Garcia, Christopher Mendoza, Joe Tapia, Curtis Flores, Jason Flores, Willie Baldonado. Honorary bearers will be Ruben Najera, Martin Tapia, Tommy Flores Jr. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 31, 2015 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Getz Funeral Home, 1410 E. Bowman Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88001. Services will be Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
