Victoriana L. Salinas, 71, of Mesquite, NM went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2006. She was born Sept. 24, 1934 in Ciudad, Juarez, Mexico to Jose and Angela Candelaria Lucero. Victoriana loved to be outdoors working in her garden and enjoying the birds and all the pets. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her two sons; Javier L. Salinas and wife Candy of Sylmar, CA and Carlos L. Salinas of Mesquite, NM; three daughters Leticia S. Pi
