On May 20, 2026, Virginia Robertson took her last breath on earth and her first breath in Heaven. She was called home to be with her Lord and Savior and will be remembered as a faithful servant of Christ, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and a cherished friend.
Born August 15, 1950 in Chicago and raised in Glenview, Illinois, Virginia lived a life marked by devotion to her faith, her family, and the people around her. She loved to read and study the Bible, finding strength and joy in God’s Word. She delighted in quiet moments with a good book, spirited Scrabble games, and puzzles. Her happiest moments were those spent surrounded by family laughing, talking, and creating memories that will be cherished forever.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Wall (Sharon) and Joanne Palmer; her sisters, Kathleen Wall and Susan Lancaster; and her brother, Terrance (Audrey) Wall. She is survived by her loving husband of many years, Dale Robertson; her son, Justin James; her daughter, Lesley Doyle (Patrick); and her treasured grandchildren, Sean Doyle Callaghan (Paul), Lauren Doyle (Kimberly), and Elizabeth Doyle. She is also survived by her brother, Joseph Wall, and her sisters, Barbara Weymouth, Marianne Majerus and Nancy Juckett (William). She is also survived by her beloved nieces and nephews.
For 28 years, Virginia worked alongside her husband Dale at Desert Air Quality, where she exemplified hard work, humility, and unwavering integrity. Her quiet strength and steady character shaped the values of their business and everyone who worked with them.
For 30 years, Virginia was a devoted member of Women’s Bible Study Fellowship. Through this ministry, she touched countless lives, sharing her faith with warmth, sincerity, and grace. Her legacy of Christian service reaches far beyond those who knew her personally, to friendships extending across the world.
Virginia lived her life the way she studied her Bible with intention, compassion, and a heart turned toward Christ. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, and gentle strength that will continue to guide and inspire all who loved her.
